Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a tour will result in a retention of funds by Africa Travel Adventure as follows:

  • • Africa Travel Adventure and its agents reserve the right to terminate, at their discretion and with immediate effect, the participation of any person on the tour.

Kilimanjaro/Safari Guaranteed Departures

We have many scheduled departures throughout the year. All of our Kilimanjaro/Safari departures are guaranteed – even if there is only 1 person. This means that we will NEVER cancel a Kilimanjaro climb/safari due to low sign up.
